Orders and Payment:
Order online through our shop using secure payments by Paypal.  Alternatively if you're not happy ordering over the internet you may send a cheque, postal order or direct deposit, although please note that goods will not be despatched until your payment has cleared.  Please contact me for details. 


 Calculating Postage:
If you would like to know the cost of postage before ordering contact me and I'll be happy to let you know. 

Delivery and Postage:
My Dachshund Online utilise Australia Post and the charge of postage is based on the actual weight of your order.  No handling or packaging charges apply.

Unless otherwise instructed, all items will be posted through Australia Post.  My dachshund online is not responsible for non-delivery of good by Australia Post or any damage in transit.

  Refunds:

We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be equally happy.   If you are not completely satisfied I  will replace the item or make a refund depending on the reason.  However please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item.  Items must be returned unused, in their original condition with labels attached.  Postage will be at buyers expense and original postage will not be refunded.
