Carol Laughner is the artist behind the pictures of a dachshund on the beach/dachshund with a bone, and she has done many illustrations for books and magazines as well as being privately commissioned to paint. She lives in New Hampshire with her beloved dachshund Lilly.
Kathleen Sepulveda is responsible for the portrait of the black/tan dachshund head. Her portraits incorporate a strong graphic design.
Finally the unique and spirited black and white drawings of the mini long and mini smooth are the work of Evelyn Morris Hecht.
