Electronic Communications
When you visit My Pooch Online Pty Ltd  T/A My Dachshund Online or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

My Pooch Online Pty Ltd  T/A My Dachshund Online and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, My Pooch Online Pty Ltd  T/A My Dachshund Online does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by My Pooch Online Pty Ltd  T/A My Dachshund Online itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password My Pooch Online Pty Ltd  T/A My Dachshund Online does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. Order placement
Any order placed by you in the manner described in this website is an offer by you to purchase a particular product for the price (including the delivery, other charges and taxes) specified in this website at the time you place your order.  My Pooch Online Pty Ltd  T/A My Dachshund Online reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. Your contract with My Pooch Online Pty Ltd  T/A My Dachshund Online only comes into existence when My Pooch Online Pty Ltd  T/A My Dachshund Online forwards confirmation of receipt of your order and payment.
 
Order changes or cancellations
You cannot cancel or modify an order online once the checkout process has been completed. If there is a mistake in your order, please notify us immediately and quote your Order number so we can rectify any errors prior to processing your order.

Click & Collect
Click & Collect is only available in Victoria. Pick up is from Port Melbourne. You must collect your order within 7 days. If you fail to collect your order within this time frame and have not contacted us, your order will be cancelled and items returned to stock. A refund is not applicable for orders not collected.
 
Prices
Prices of products and services and delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or other liabilities imposed by any governmental agency, including without limitation, any customs duty, goods and services taxes or any value added tax imposed on any products or services acquired or ordered by you from this website.
