Order changes or cancellations
You cannot cancel or modify an order online once the checkout process has been completed. If there is a mistake in your order, please notify us immediately and quote your Order number so we can rectify any errors prior to processing your order.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is only available in Victoria. Pick up is from Port Melbourne. You must collect your order within 7 days. If you fail to collect your order within this time frame and have not contacted us, your order will be cancelled and items returned to stock. A refund is not applicable for orders not collected.
Prices of products and services and delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or other liabilities imposed by any governmental agency, including without limitation, any customs duty, goods and services taxes or any value added tax imposed on any products or services acquired or ordered by you from this website.
