Our delivery times are indicative only and My Pooch Online Pty Ltd T/A My Dachshund Online will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times.
All My Pooch Online Pty Ltd T/A My Dachshund Online products are packaged to ensure safe transit, prior to the goods leaving our premises. My Pooch Online Pty Ltd T/A My Dachshund Online will not accept responsibility for any goods that may be damaged during delivery, lost items prior to delivery or undelivered items.
Risk and Title
My Pooch Online Pty Ltd T/A My Dachshund Online will retain title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products, but all risk in the products will pass to you upon their delivery to or collection by a postal or courier service.

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND ON SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS UNLESS FAULTY. ORDERS USING COUPON CODES CAN ONLY RECEIVE STORE CREDIT.
**Please note returns will incur a $2.50 restocking fee.
My Pooch Online Pty Ltd T/A My Dachshund Online will exchange any item except bedding and treats for another item of equal value within 14 days of delivery should you not be totally happy with your purchase, (does not include delivery charges). Return your item with your original receipt and a brief explanation of the problem and what you would like to exchange your item for. My Pooch Online Pty Ltd T/A My Dachshund Online will not accept any items that have been damaged in transit.
In addition you may return any My Pooch Online Pty Ltd T/A My Dachshund Online item within 30 days if it should be received with manufacturing defects pursuant to the manufacturer's warranty. My Pooch Online Pty Ltd T/A My Dachshund Online will examine the goods for defects and exchange them without question. If an exchange item is not available, for whatever reason, My Pooch Online Pty Ltd T/A My Dachshund Online will refund in full the cost of the goods.
The cost incurred for returning goods not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty shall be at the customer's expense. The return delivery charges will be refunded or no charge will be made for the delivery of exchange items if the goods are found to be defective pursuant to the manufacturer's warranty.
Shipping costs of any returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer. As we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit, all returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We strongly recommend that you use Tracked Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent when returning an item or items to us.
NOTE: It is imperative that an item returned must be in original condition with tags still attached. We cannot accept items where tags have been removed.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND BACK OUR TISSUE WRAPPING OR SATCHEL.
